We publish ranges so you know what to expect before we show up. Every quote is confirmed in writing after the on-site diagnostic, and no work begins until you approve it.
How Our Pricing Works
Three numbers matter on every service call, and we are upfront about all three.
Diagnostic Fee
Flat fee for travel and full on-site inspection. Credited toward your invoice if you approve the repair.
Estimate Fee
Written parts and labor estimate. No charge, no obligation. You decide whether to proceed.
Warranty
Parts and labor covered for 90 days after the repair. If it fails again, we come back at no cost.

Emergency & After-Hours Rates
Emergency service is priced higher because it requires pulling a technician off scheduled work.

- Emergency diagnostic fee: $189 flat
- After-hours rate (6 PM – 10 PM): +$75 per visit
- Overnight rate (10 PM – 6 AM): +$145 per visit
- Sunday and holiday rate: +$125 per visit
- Diagnostic fee still credited if repair is approved

Factors That Change the Price
These are the reasons two identical machines can have different repair quotes.
Parts Availability
OEM parts still in production are cheaper than discontinued parts that need to be sourced from aftermarket suppliers.
Access Difficulty
Machines in tight closets or stacked on pedestals take longer to access and reassemble, which affects labor cost.
Commercial vs. Residential
Commercial units typically weigh more, run on higher-voltage circuits, and use heavier parts. Labor rates reflect that.
Time of Day
Emergency and after-hours calls carry a surcharge. Scheduled daytime visits are always the lowest-cost option.
Age of the Machine
Older machines may need multiple related parts replaced during the same visit, which is disclosed in the estimate.
Location
Standard rates apply across New York City. Some outer service areas may carry a small travel surcharge.
Billing & Payment
Simple terms, no surprises on the invoice.
Pay After Service
You are never charged before the work is done. Payment is collected after the repair is tested and confirmed.
Accepted Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, business checks, and ACH transfers. Cash is accepted in person.
Itemized Invoice
Every invoice lists parts, labor, and any applicable discounts separately. Nothing is bundled or hidden.
Net Terms for Commercial
Approved commercial accounts can be set up on Net 15 or Net 30 terms. Contact us for an account application.
Pricing Questions
Is the diagnostic fee refundable?
It is credited toward your invoice if you approve the recommended repair. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee is retained to cover the visit.
Can you give me a quote over the phone?
We can give a rough range based on the symptoms you describe, but a firm quote requires an on-site diagnostic. Two machines with the same symptom can have very different causes and costs.
Do you charge extra for parts ordered?
Parts are quoted at our standard markup, which we disclose on every estimate. Special-order parts require prepayment in some cases, and we will tell you before ordering.
What if the repair does not fix the problem?
Our 90-day warranty covers both parts and labor. If the same issue returns within that window, we come back and make it right at no additional cost. See the refund policy for details.
Do you offer discounts for multiple units?
Yes. Facilities with multiple units qualify for volume pricing, especially on maintenance plans. Mention the number of machines when you contact us.
Do you price match?
We do not formally price match, but our pricing is competitive for licensed, insured, and warranty-backed service. If a competitor quotes significantly lower, we will explain what is different about the scope.
