What to Expect After Booking

Confirmation Call
A dispatcher calls within one business hour to confirm the appointment details, quote the diagnostic fee, and give you the technician's name.
Arrival Window
You receive a text with a two-hour arrival window on the day of service. The technician also calls when en route.
On-Site Service
Full diagnostic, written estimate, repair once approved, and a test cycle before the technician leaves.
Appointment Questions
Can I reschedule after booking?
Yes. Call or reply to your confirmation text and we will move the appointment to another available window at no charge, as long as you give us at least four hours' notice.
Is my time slot guaranteed once I submit this form?
Not until you receive a confirmation call. We check technician routes and confirm availability within one business hour during normal hours. Emergency requests get priority.
What if I do not know my machine's model number?
That is fine. Just describe the machine and, if possible, read the brand name from the front panel. Our technician can identify the model on-site in most cases.
Do you charge for the diagnostic visit?
Yes, we charge a flat diagnostic fee. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward your total invoice.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Please use the contact information of the person who will be present at the service address, so we can reach them directly with the arrival window.
Do you offer emergency booking?
