Emergency Laundry Equipment Repair
When a laundry room goes down during operating hours, every minute costs money. Our emergency line is answered by a real dispatcher, and we target a two-hour response across New York City.
What to Have Ready When You Call
- Your service address and nearest cross street
- The brand and model of the affected machine
- Any error code shown on the display
- Whether the unit is powered on at all
- Whether water is leaking or pooling on the floor
Having these ready cuts minutes off the call and lets us send the right technician with the right parts.

How Emergency Dispatch Works
Four steps from your call to a technician on site.
Call Comes In
A dispatcher answers, records the address, equipment, and symptoms, then categorizes the situation by urgency.
Technician Assigned
We assign the nearest available technician with the right parts on the van, or dispatch a senior technician for complex calls.
ETA Sent
You receive a text with the technician's name and arrival window. We call again if traffic or prior job delays the ETA.
On-Site Repair
Diagnostic, estimate, repair, and full test cycle. If the unit cannot be fixed on the first visit, we give you a written plan and timeline.
Emergency Situations We Handle Most
These are the calls that come in during the worst possible moment.
| Situation | Immediate Concern | Our First Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Washer flooding the floor | Water damage and slip risk | Stop water supply, then diagnose |
| Dryer producing smoke or burning smell | Fire risk | Cut power, inspect lint and wiring |
| Gas odor near a dryer | Immediate safety hazard | Shut gas off, ventilate, inspect |
| Laundromat with half its machines down | Lost revenue during peak hours | Get highest-traffic units running first |
| Hotel laundry room offline | Housekeeping cannot turn rooms | Restore at least one operational line quickly |
| Building laundry room with no power | Resident complaints and safety | Check panel, breakers, then equipment |
| Machine locked and full of water | Standing water and mold risk | Manual drain and unlock |

- Technicians staged across Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan
- Parts inventory for the most common emergency failures
- Emergency pricing quoted up front, before the technician arrives

If you have already called, you can skip this. If not, fill it out and then call to make sure we have logged it as urgent.
Emergency Repair Questions
Do you really respond in two hours?
Two hours is our target within New York City for genuine emergencies, and we hit it most of the time. Traffic, distance, and prior calls can push that out. We will tell you the realistic ETA before we dispatch.
Is there an extra charge for emergency service?
Yes. Emergency and after-hours calls carry a higher diagnostic fee than scheduled visits. The exact amount is quoted on the phone before dispatch. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the invoice.
Do you handle gas leaks?
If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 and your gas utility first. Once the area is safe and the gas is shut off, we can inspect and repair the equipment.
Can you bring a replacement machine?
Not on an emergency call. If a machine is beyond repair, we will give you a written replacement recommendation. New equipment can usually be installed within a few business days.
Do you service residential emergencies?
Yes, but residential emergencies are prioritized lower than commercial accounts. If your home has an active leak or electrical issue, call us and we will do what we can to fit you in sooner.
Do you have contracts for 24/7 coverage?
Yes. Monthly and custom maintenance plans can include guaranteed 24/7 emergency coverage. See the maintenance page for details.
